The machine produces ventilated polishing rings, with metal clips, ensuring a high quality of the finished product with a high production speed.
The winding and cutting of the fabric used are automatic and the operator only has to hook the fabric to the drum and load the staple.
Once the production cycle has started, the machine forms the disc and automatically presses it.
The clamp closure with a pneumatic system that guarantees a pressure of 4000 kg.
The option with hydraulic pressing is available, ideal for discs with staples with a diameter greater than 400 mm
The unloading of the finished disc is manual.
