The TS305 cutting system works completely automatically with fabric loading from roll or folded, with the possibility of adding an opening system for the folded material.
The fabric is aligned at the entrance with a supply system to feed the cutting unit with constant tension.
The system allows both transversal and longitudinal cuts:
- Cross cutting with circular blade with cutting width up to 3200 mm.
- Longitudinal cuts for the fabric splitting into several parts or to cut off the lateral selvedge with suction system of the cuttings.
Automatic sharpening system for all cutters programmable on the control panel.
Simple and intuitive programming on a touchscreen of machine parameters such as length, speed and quantity of pieces to be cut.
Very high precision in cutting and spreading of the sheet that allow a perfect stacking of the cut pieces even with difficult materials.
Several optionals are available to make the TS305 more performing:
- motorized belt for automatic unloading of the pack of cut sheets
- Second motorized table where it is possible to work on the pack of sheets cut while the machine continue the automatic processing.
- Antistatic system for particular materials
- Additional unwinding system for particularly elastic materials.
