The machine works with several needles at the same time with a chain stitch seam.
The needle transport allows the sewing of heavy materials (cotton / sisal / cotton), making it ideal for the production of Polishing Rings.
The material is loaded from rolls of fabric.
Once the material has been sewn, it is rolled up at the exit through a final winder.
It can be prepared with different needle configurations, and configuration kits can be replaced.
It is equipped with thread break and end controls with automatic machine stop and alarm signal.
Its structure is reinforced with adequate motor power to allow continuous processing on heavy materials.
