R488 guarantees a considerable reduction of production times allowing one operator only to carry out the folding and sewing operations of the pillowcases in a single station.
THE SYSTEM IS COMPOSED OF TWO GROUPS:
FOLDING GROUP
Fabric folding system for pillowcases creation using a motorized mobile clamp.
- The operator places the pre-cut fabric on the table, sets the length and activates the folding cycle (depending on the type of pillowcase to be made, one or two folds will be required)
The fold cases can be loaded directly into the sewing unit for the ovelrocking of the sides.
- This unit reduces folding times, ensuring precise positioning of the fabric and good speed of use.
SEWING GROUP
- This is composed of two Pegasus overlock heads (right and left)
- The operator manually loads the pillowcase folded with the folding unit, and by pressing a pedal the machine automatically overlock both sides at the same time
The finished pillowcases are stacked on a plane at the rear of the machine
- The machine is complete with thread presence control.
- The width between the two sewing heads is mechanically adjustable.
