MACHINE FOR THE INSERTION OF THE FOAM INSIDE CUSHION TICKS.
- The machine loads two different foams, one inserted inside the other:
° the external foam (that goes to cover the pre-cut one), is loaded from a roll of material and cut it to measure and folded twice when the internal foam is pushed inside it.
° the internal foam is a pre-cut foam positioned by the operator on a container (with a good capacity) from which the machine takes one piece at a time and inserts it inside the external foam.
- The operator loads manually the cushion tick on a special tube, turning it from reverse to right side.
- Once the tick is loaded, the operator gives the input to the machine to enlarge the tube to tension the tick and to insert in the tube the external foam (folded twice) with the internal foam wrapped inside of it.
- Once the foams are inserted the operator removes the cushion manually and prepare the next tick while the machine starts automatically loading the external foam and cut it to measure again.
