The machine performs the longitudinal hemming of bags by applying the handles on both sides at the same time.
Both the fabric and the handles are automatically loaded from roll.
The hems, 30mm high, are sewn by two left and right chain stitch heads with a needle distance of 25mm.
The handles are cut to size, stitched together with the hems and fixed with two flagstitching heads with the possibility to make different designs and move the stitching position.
Once the handles are applied, the fabric is cut to size by reading the position of the handles.
The cut material is unloaded and stacked at the end of the machine.
The handles to be used on this machine can be automatically prepared by the R286A system.
