The machine automatically performs the measuring, cutting, folding and sewing of the material with loading of the fabric from the pre-cut to size roll.
Once measured and cut, the material is folded in half and inserted into the sewing unit for the overlocking of right and left side with Pegasus sewing heads.
The ready made pillow ticks are then unloaded and stacked on the back of the machine.
The machine is complete with all the necessary controls to guarantee automatic and quality operation: yarn control, fabric presence and sensors for the control of the machine cycle.
All parameters can be set on the touchscreen and stored in recipes.

R391E: one side folded, two sides overlocked and the fourth side partially closed by two lockstitch seams made with Juki heads
