Thanks to a particular system of edge reading and mat movement, the machine allows to bind with tape the car mats of different shapes, granting a high quality production.
Once the carpet has been loaded manually, the machine carries out the binding cycle completely automatically, unloading the finished mat and stacking it in the rear side of the machine.
A control panel, equipped with a touch screen system, allows a simple and intuitive programming, with the possibility of storing all the parameters in programs that can be easily recalled when needed.
Thanks to an automatic recognition, it is not necessary to program the machine for each mat shape.

sewing time of a standard rear mat: around 35/40 seconds *;
* loading time excluded. Production depends on the type of material, size, stitch length, shape and loading speed of the operator. One operator can load up to 3 machines at the same time.
