GROUP OF MACHINES FOR THE PRODUCTION OF DRAUGHT EXCLUDERS
R281P is the first machine of the group which, starting from a roll cut to size, folds the material by passing through a special folder and realizes the longitudinal seam with overlock head, making a tube. The tube is then cut to the desired length and closed on one side with a second overlock sewing head. The 3-sided closed draft excluder is then unloaded and stacked on a bar at the end of the seam.
R284A is the second machine of the group that allows you to close the draught excluders after they have been filled.
The machine consists of a sewing head mounted on a system consisting of a lower belt for the advancement of the drafts and an upper motorized belt puller.
The operator manually positions the filled draught excluders on the conveyor, aligning them on the right side.
During the advancement, the upper puller presses the draft excluders guiding them to the overlock sewing head where they are closed on the top (last side).
The chain is cut at the exit with a chain vacuum cleaner.
The pieces are unloaded on the ground at the exit of the machine.
These are very simple machines that allow you to do the job very quickly, saving considerable time in processing.
