The machine automatically cuts the fabric and executes the hemming on two sides, loading the material (just hemmed on first two sides) by pallet or directly through the connection to the longitudinal machine R2500L.
The alignment of the incoming fabric takes place through an edge sensor system.
The fabric is then cut to size by means of a motorized circular blade system and loaded into the sewing unit.
Two motorized adjustable belt hems ensure a high quality hem of the desired size on both sides of the sheet.
The machine is available in Chainstitch version or Lockstitch one with automatic bobbin changer
The seam is fixed at the end with a stitching condensing.
It is possible to insert automatically one or more labels inside the hem.
The finished sheets are stacked on mobile trolleys at the exit of the sewing area.
The machine is complete with all the necessary controls to make the system completely automatic and reliable: thread break sensors, cycle sensors, fabric and label presence sensors.
