The machine performs the continuous hemming on both sides, picking up the fabric from roll or folded, with a feed speed up to 18 meters / min.
An infeed fabric alignment system is granted by fabric edge sensors
Two longitudinal trimmers remove the fabric selvedge, before reaching the sewing heads, with automatic suction of the trimmed material.
The sewing heads are self-aligning thanks to a sensor system for reading the edge of the fabric to ensure excellent hem quality.
The machine is normally equipped with a pair of folders on both sides to realize the right and left hems of the required size.
It is also possible to apply special guides on request.
The machine is available in Chainstitch version or Lockstitch one with automatic bobbin changer
The feed of the fabric takes place thanks to a pair of motorized rollers that rotate with synchronous speed to that of sewing heads.
The hemmed sheet coming out from the longitudinal group can be folded onto a pallet or guided up to the transversal group (R2500T) by passing through a system of dancers that grant always the supply of fabric necessary to perform the cutting operations.
