Thanks to a particular system of edge reading and mat movement, the machine allows to bind with thread the car mats of different shapes, without need of any type of programming, granting a high quality production.
The automatic loading of the incoming mats allows a single operator to control 4 and more machines at the same time.
The thread is welded at the end of sewing with ultrasound system to fix the seam.
Automatic unloading and stacking of the realized mats at the rear side of the machine
A control panel, equipped with a touch screen system, allows simple and intuitive programming, with the possibility to store all parameters in programs that can be easily recalled when needed.
