The machine is composed of two R242 modules on two levels which, working at the same time, allow to double the production.
- Possibility of direct loading from the quilting machine.
- Alignment of quilts during loading on the two levels.
- Rotation of the piece by means of a motorized arm that guarantees a constant radius of curvature for all four corners, with the possibility of adjusting the radius.
- BA2000 system for the automatic insertion of the tape at the start of the cycle and the binding finishing with folding of the tape inside the bind to ensure excellent quality of the finished product.
- Programming through touch screen and automatic recognition of the quilt measurements
- Automatic control of thread breakage, tape presence, etc., immediate alarm signaling.
- Possibility of inserting one or two labels in the edge during sewing
- Equipped with a vacuum cleaner for the cuttings.
