Maximum material width: 1 mt
Minimum cutting length: 80 cm
Maximum cutting length: 5.5 meters
Indicative production of shaped paddings of 250cm: about 4-5 pieces / minute
Indicative production of straight paddings of 550cm: 2 pieces / minute
The machine realizes the funeral paddings by creating the desired shape and cutting the material to size.
The material is loaded from 3 different rolls (two fabrics + one padding), it is then aligned and directed towards two overlock heads (right and left) to perform the longitudinal seam.
During the sewing cycle, the overlock heads move transversely by rotating on their axes to sew the programmed shape.
If necessary, it is also possible to perform a simple straight seam (in this case it is possible to apply eventual additional tapes on request).
The overlocked material is directed to the cutting unit where it is picked up, measured by a motorized clamp and cut with a rotary blade system, when the set length is reached.
In the basic model the ready made piece is unloaded to the ground;
The machine can also be supplied complete with a transversal unit.
In this case the cut piece is blocked by a series of motorized belts which carry it to the transversal sewing unit consisting of two overlocked sewing heads (right and left) which sew on the two remaining sides of the piece (upper and lower).
The pieces realized are unloaded at the end of the machine and stacked on a table equipped with a conveyor that allows the pieces-pack to be extracted laterally from the machine.
It is possible to set a certain number of pieces for each pack, so that the machine automatically unloads the pack when the set quantity is reached.
The operator can then take the ready packs outside the working area, without stops of the automatic production cycle.
