The machine performs the transversal cutting and overlocking of floor cloths and allows to load up to 5 rolls of material at the same time to increase production.
An input dancer connects the roll holder to the cutting unit to allow the machine to sew for a few meters even when the fabric is finished on the rolls. In this way the operator has time enough to join the rolls without stopping the machine.
The fabric is cut by means of a circular blade, with a precise measurement of the pieces.
Once cut, the piece is overlocked on two sides with a slight hemming of the material for a better quality of the finished product.
The machine is equipped with thread and fabric presence control with alarms on the operator panel.
Unloading at the end of the seam takes place automatically, stacking the cloths in packs on a final table (the number of pieces per pack is adjustable from the control panel)
Each adjustment (speed, cut, unloading, etc.) is controlled through a touch screen and the parameters can be stored in files to be recalled when needed.
