This automatic unit performs multi-needle sewing with elastic thread on fabric bands.
It consists in a double chainstitch seam with a needle configuration chosen by the customer.
The material is loaded from a roll and both fabrics and padding can be loaded at the same time, with an automatic infeed alignment system.
The machine is equipped with all the controls to make it completely automatic (thread, fabric and padding presence control).
The sewn material is normally discharged to the ground.
The machine can also be supplied with the following additional groups:
- Twin-head unit for overlocking of the material on both sides.
- Automatic final cut with unloading on the ground.
Available on request with different seam widths.
