The machine is composed of a folding unit where the corners are prepared and the sewing unit where two Pegasus 4-thread sewing heads realize the overlock on the 4 corners.
The size of the corner can be adjusted from 23 to 40 cm.
It is possible to automatically insert a label in a corner of the fitted sheet.
The high flexibility of the machine allows to realize all the measures required by the market.
The finished product is automatically unloaded onto an unloading belt from where it can be easily picked up by the operator.
All adjustments are motorized and can be stored in recipes which make the format change simple and fast.
The machine is complete with a head-tail sewing system at the entrance of the material, to speed up and simplify the operations of changing the fabric roll.
