The machine allows to carry out the quilting, with the set shapes, on funeral stuffing with cardboard inside.
The machine consists of three modules:
1) The Loading system where the operator loads the piece to be processed into special guides.
The guides are automatically adjusted according to the design set and the parameters defined by the operator
2) The sewing module where, once the loading has been carried out and the work cycle has been activated, the piece is moved towards the sewing head where is quilted with the programmed shape.
In order to be able to sew freely inside the piece on the two axes X and Y, the sewing head is divided into two parts, upper and lower, connected to each other by a mobile bridge.
