The machine is controlled by PLC with the possibility to manage parameters and store programs through an easy and intuitive touch screen system.
It is possible to adjust the type of fold (simple, double or simple seam), the length of the folds, the distance between the folds, the number of stitches for each fold.
The transport is improved by a rear puller.
The machine can be equipped with guides for the hemming of the fabric and for the simultaneous sewing of velcro, tape or ribbons under the folds.
The operator only has to handle the fabric as in a normal sewing machine, but without further processing, obtaining a perfectly pleated curtain with the desired characteristics set in the program.
Programs can be saved in easily loadable recipes for each different type of curtain.
