BRILLO MODEL:
The machine allows to make a "BRILLO" decorative tape for cakes.
The tape is loaded from a roll and is spreaded on an adhesive tape with a special system of rotating clamps to create the required shape.
The width and the thickness of the tape swing can be adjusted though the control panel.
The adhesive tape is loaded from a roll too.
The final "BRILLO" tape is rewound at the exit.
R340A MODEL:
Automatic pleating machine to make the cakes decorative tapes IVY (with embroidery) and SANDY (without embroidery).
The material is loaded from a roll and is pleated by means of a special sewing head that can be prepared to work with or without embroidery, according to customer's needs.
The pleated and sewn material is then rewound at the exit.
Two different types of winders can be supplied, flat or tower one, to be chosen according to the type of tape to be realized.
The machine works completely automatically and is equipped with all necessary controls to work without the operator.
