This device allows to reduce the binding times thanks to a system that allows the final overlapping to be carried out with a stop of just 2 seconds.
At the end of the binding, by simply pressing a button, the operator activates the finishing cycle which consists of:
- cutting of the tape,
- folding of the tape inside the bind during the overlapping.
- reinserting the tape at the end of the cycle to be able to proceed immediately to the next piece.
- all completely automatically.
The folding of the tape inside and the final back tack to lock the seam ensure excellent quality of the finished product.
Possibility of supplying the device with different types of sewing heads such as:
- Durkopp 867AE for lockstitch seams
- Pegasus EXT3216H for chainstitch seams (machine modified to improve its performance on thick materials).
BA2000 can be used with different tape sizes by simply replacing the binding kit.
APPLICATIONS: binding of carpets, bathroom rugs, quilts, flaps, placemats, etc .
